We have expertly performed both remediation and construction on historical projects for the National Park Service, General Services Administration and the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. Specialty restoration services were performed for the historic Steam Locomotive Big Boy Union Pacific #4012 that is displayed at the Steamtown National Historic Site located in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The design-build, historic restoration and rehabilitation of the Overlook Pavilion at General Grant National Monument, the design-build historical interior renovations of the administration building at Governor’s Island, lead paint removal and restoration at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy historic Wiley Hall building a and the lead removal and historical restoration of Alexander Hamilton Custom House for the General Services Administration are among the historic projects performed by our dedicated staff and specialty workers.
